It’s amazing how much a 10-minute workout per day can change your life. According to the CDC, daily exercise can improve your brain health, help manage weight, reduce the risk of disease, strengthen bones and muscles, and improve your ability to do everyday activities.

It can be tough to get into a full-blown exercise routine when you’re just starting out, which I why I created this plan for you!

If you’re new to exercise, or if you’re looking to get back into a fitness routine, try doing one of these 10-minute workouts per day. Every day! I know you have 10 minutes per day to dedicate to your health & fitness. Make YOU a priority!

Do these workouts in the order listed below to target a different muscle group each day. And for the best results, pair the workout with a 15-20 minute daily power walk!
