Get ready to work your complete lower body (inner & outer thighs, hamstrings, glutes, quads, and calves) AND ABS in this 30 minute workout. No equipment is needed–I’ll be using my bodyweight only–but if you want to intensify the workout, feel free to use dumbbells. We’ll start with a warm up, then legs, then abs, a cardio finisher, and last but not least, a post-workout stretching routine. Let’s do it!
