30 Minute SCULPTED ARMS Dumbbell Workout | BICEPS, TRICEPS, & SHOULDERS with ABS

Sculpt, tone, and strengthen your arms with this 30 minute workout targeting your biceps, triceps & shoulders. 3 sets of dumbbells are recommended for this workout: heavy, medium, and light. We’ll start with a warm up, then biceps, triceps, and shoulders, then abs, a cardio finisher, and last but not least, a stretching routine. Let’s do it!
