Tone, Sculpt, & Strengthen your biceps, triceps, shoulders, chest, & back in 15 min with this complete upper-body workout. I’m using 3 sets of dumbbells: light, medium, and heavy. If you don’t have 3 sets, that’s okay! Just use what you have, and you’ll get a great workout!
