Guacamole is packed full of nutrients, including healthy fats, protein, potassium, and Vitamin K. It can make a great dip for veggies & chips (go for baked & low sodium). It can be used as a spread for toast, sandwiches, or wraps. It can make a healthy salad dressing alternative. Or, it can be a topping for your tacos or baked potato.
Since avocados contain healthy fats, it is important to consume them in moderation if your goal is to lose weight. However, their high fiber content will leave you satiated and will keep you full until your next meal or beyond.
