
In addition to being a delicious meal, baked salmon has a variety of important nutrients that our body needs to stay healthy, including omega-3 fatty acids, B-vitamins, protein, and potassium. Salmon is a nutrient-dense, satisfying, savory, and satiating meal to include in your diet!
Ingredients
Salmon Fillets
3 Tbsp Organic Lemon Juice
3 Tbsp Olive Oil
Salt, Pepper, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder to Season
Fresh Thyme or Parsley (Optional)
Lemon (Optional)
Directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet.
Put lemon juice and olive oil into a small cup or bowl. Stir with a baking brush or pastry brush.
Brush the mixture onto the salmon making sure the fillets are entirely coated. Discard leftovers.
Sprinkle on seasonings.
Bake in the oven for 15-18 minutes
Garnish with fresh thyme or parsley, and sliced lemon (optional)
Serve with your favorite roasted veggies (I recommend asparagus, string beans, sliced rainbow carrots, or sliced zucchini & yellow squash combo)
