We’re still a couple of weeks away from January, so you may be asking yourself…why am I posting this now–so early? It’s because now is the time to start prepping for success! Here are a few things you can do now to make sure you reach your goals in 2024:
⭐ Schedule time for your fitness: Look at your calendar to find the best time for your workouts, and make an actual appointment to do it. Also, this program includes a 10k per day step goal. Start thinking about when and how you’ll get your daily steps in. Create a plan that works for YOU!
⭐ Recruit a real-life workout buddy/accountability partner to do this program with you: Having a workout partner can help you stay motivated by keeping you accountable. Recruit a real-life friend to do this program with you so you can cheer each other on and celebrate your victories together.
⭐ Start meal planning: By planning and preparing your meals ahead of time, you can make sure that you are eating healthy and nutritious meals, while also avoiding the temptation of fast food or takeout.
⭐ Make sure you have the necessary equipment: For this program, it is recommended that you have 3 sets of dumbbells, a floor mat, and a wearable step tracker. The equipment I personally use is in the PDF.
⭐ Get EXCITED about your fitness! 2024 is your time to shine, and with each workout, and each small victory, you’ll be sculpting a healthier, stronger, and more resilient version of yourself!
