It’s leg day! Burn calories while sculpting and toning your lower body in this walk-at-home weight loss workout with legs focus. Also, you’ll add 2000 steps to your fitness tracker total in 20 minutes. No equipment needed for this all-standing workout!

Note: This workout gave me 2000 steps. The number of steps can vary from person to person. It all depends on how fast you go!
