If you are more advanced in your fitness, you can increase the intensity by adding weights (light dumbbells, water bottles, or canned goods will all work), but you absolutely don’t have to in order to feel the BURN!
Note: This workout gave me 2300 steps. The number of steps can vary from person to person. It all depends on how fast you go!
